Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which you received it;
- Returned with its original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before shipping it back.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email info@kingcampoutdoorss.my with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Returns for eligible items are free of charge. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label or another agreed method. No restocking fee will be charged.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after inspection. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still need assistance, contact us at info@kingcampoutdoorss.my.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
