Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 6:00 PM ET on a business day, or on weekends, will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery within the contiguous United States generally takes 3–5 business days. These are estimated transit times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, and peak-season volume can occasionally extend delivery.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free for all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required unless otherwise stated on a specific product page or at checkout.
Carriers
We use reputable third-party carriers selected at the time of shipment based on package size, destination, and service availability. The carrier assigned to your order may vary. Tracking information, when available, will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at info@kingcampoutdoorss.my.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
